NeuroCognica
Website Terms of Use
Version: 1.0 · Effective: 2026-08-04 Operator: Michael Holt, trading as NeuroCognica
These terms cover use of this website. Three other documents cover neighbouring things, and they win where they overlap:
- Buying ChronoSophia — Terms of Sale
- Using the installed software — Licence Agreement
- The Mirrorborn assessment — Mirrorborn Terms
- What is collected — Privacy Statement · Cookie Policy
1. Using the site
Read anything, quote anything, link to anything. No account is required to use this website, and today there are no accounts to create.
2. What you may not do here
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, or another person's account
- Interfere with its operation — denial of service, automated request flooding, or attempts to degrade it for others
- Scrape it in a way that burdens the service. Ordinary crawling that respects
robots.txtis fine - Misrepresent yourself as NeuroCognica, or use our name or logo to imply an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist
- Use the site to distribute malware or unlawful material
Security research is welcome. If you find a vulnerability, tell us via SUPPORT.md rather than exploiting it, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. We will not pursue anyone acting in good faith, and we publish confirmed findings rather than concealing them — as the Sentinel Security Protocol already does with our own.
3. Accounts, when they exist
Sign-in is in development. When it launches: one account per person, do not share credentials, keep your details accurate, and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend an account for breach of these terms, and you may close yours at any time.
4. Our content
The text, design, logo and documentation on this site belong to NeuroCognica. Quote it with attribution; do not republish it wholesale as your own or use the NeuroCognica name or mark as if you were us.
Anything you create with ChronoSophia is yours — that is settled in section 4 of the Licence Agreement and nothing here changes it.
5. Third-party names
Blender is a trademark of the Blender Foundation. ComfyUI, Ollama, Python and the other tools ChronoSophia orchestrates belong to their own projects, under their own licences, listed in Third-Party Notices. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.
6. Accuracy, and what to do when we are wrong
We try hard to make this site accurate, including about our own limitations — the security protocol publishes our unfixed findings, and the capability list marks what is unproven. Even so, a page may be out of date or mistaken.
If you find something here that is wrong, tell us and we will correct it. A correction is not an embarrassment; an uncorrected error is.
Nothing on this site is professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
7. Availability
The site is provided as is, with no uptime guarantee. It is run by one person and may be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroCognica is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
9. Changes
Material changes are published with a new version and effective date at the top.
10. Governing law
Governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory law in your country of residence.
