The outward-facing programme: scripts, source material and production assets that turn the technical work — execution governance, the Sentinel, ChronoSophia, the Hope City material — into public explanation rather than press release.
The current framework was rewritten after the first one proved too shallow and two of its five lanes turned out to be the same lane.
