# NeuroCognica

> NeuroCognica is a sole proprietorship led by Michael Holt that builds governed, local-first AI execution systems. Its thesis is that AI should run on the operator's own hardware, act only inside an explicit authority, policy and execution envelope, and leave a tamper-evident record a human can inspect. ChronoSophia, a $29.99 one-time Windows application that generates editable Blender 4.5 scenes from natural language entirely locally, is the commercial proof of that thesis.

Claims on this site are labelled by evidence state: proven, witnessed on an earlier build, wired but unwitnessed, excluded, prototype, in development, design complete but not built, early, or research. Unfinished surfaces are removed rather than shown as inactive UI. Measured results, including failures and unresolved findings, are published alongside successes.
