NeuroCognica

Terms of Sale

Seller: Michael Holt, trading as NeuroCognica Version: 1.0 · Effective: 2026-07-26

These terms cover the purchase. The EULA covers what you may do with the software once you have it. Both apply.

1. What you are buying

A perpetual licence for ChronoSophia, for one machine, as described in the EULA — plus:

You are not buying: third-party tools (Blender, ComfyUI, Ollama and the rest are free software you install from their own publishers), AI model weights, hardware, or bespoke development work.

2. Price and tax

The price shown at checkout is in the currency stated there.

Depending on where you are and which platform you buy through, sales tax, VAT, or GST may be added at checkout. Where we sell through a platform acting as merchant of record, that platform is the seller of record for tax purposes and its receipt is your tax document.

3. Delivery

Delivery is electronic and immediate on payment clearing: you receive a download link by email at the address you give at checkout.

There is no licence key and no activation step. The software does not phone home, does not check a licence server, and cannot be switched off remotely. Your receipt is your proof of purchase.

There is no physical shipment. If your download link does not arrive within a few hours, contact us — see SUPPORT.md — and we will resend it. A missing delivery is never a reason you lose what you paid for.

4. System requirements — check before you buy

This is the one thing we ask you to do before purchasing. ChronoSophia has real hardware and toolchain requirements, and the honest specification is published in full:

Notably: roughly 15–30 GB of third-party dependencies get installed, and the image-generation paths want an NVIDIA GPU. If it turns out your machine cannot run it, you are covered by the Refund Policy.

5. Moving your licence to another machine

Included, at no cost. If your computer dies, is replaced, upgraded, or rebuilt, install on the replacement. You do not need to ask permission or buy again.

What you may not do is keep active installations on two machines or run one copy for two different people without a separate written licence.

Transferring the licence to a different person or company requires our written agreement. Ask — we are not unreasonable about genuine transfers, for example when a freelancer incorporates or a machine is sold with its software.

6. Refunds

See the Refund Policy. Summary: 14 days, and if the software genuinely does not run on a machine that meets the published requirements, you get your money back regardless of when you tell us.

7. Before you buy — honest disclosures

We would rather lose a sale than take money under a wrong impression:

8. If something goes wrong

Contact us first — see SUPPORT.md. Most problems are environment issues we can walk you through. If we cannot make it work for you, we refund you.

9. Consumer rights

If you are buying as a consumer, you keep all rights your local law gives you, including any statutory right to cancel a digital purchase. Nothing in these terms reduces those rights. Where the law where you live gives you more than these terms do, the law wins.

10. Governing law

The laws of the jurisdiction in which the Seller is established govern these terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Questions before buying are welcome. Ask, and get an honest answer, before spending money.
