Roadmap

ChronoSophia ships two pages today. Five more surfaces exist in the repository and are deliberately excluded from the build, because none of them were finished to a standard worth charging for.

Read this as intent, not as a promise. Nothing on this page is included in the price, and nothing here has a date. If any of it is the reason you would buy, wait until it ships. What you are actually buying today is listed in What You Get, and the honest test is section 2 of that document.

These surfaces were removed, not hidden behind a button that does nothing. That distinction matters: the shipped app contains no placeholders.

Sophia Chat — the conversational interview

Rather than typing a prompt, you talk to Sophia. She interviews you about what you are making — one question at a time, moving through defined phases from naming the thing, through its details, to a scene plan she proposes and you approve before anything is built.

The interview logic is real and runs today against a state machine with adversarial test coverage. What is not solved is the part that matters: a conversation that reliably converges on a buildable plan rather than wandering. It is an unsolved research surface, and shipping it half-working would waste your time more expensively than not shipping it.

Vistas — worlds instead of showrooms

Today a single object is staged in a controlled showroom, a museum wall or a gallery. Vistas opens that up: environments with their own light, atmosphere and ground, chosen or described, so the thing you made exists somewhere rather than floating in a white room.

The Operating Table — actors and assembly

A workbench for building and keeping things rather than scenes: rigged actors sealed as reusable assets, recalled into any later scene without drift. The persistence spine is built and proven — seal an actor, recall it twice, get an identical mesh. The fidelity is not: the current actor is a deterministic placeholder, and real character generation is a separate lane.

The Cutting Room — animation and film

Scenes become shots; shots become a film. Camera moves, multi-shot assembly, and a compiled result. The pipeline code exists and produces output. That output is not at release quality, which is the whole reason this is on a roadmap page instead of in the product.

This is the direction the project is ultimately pointed: feature-length work assembled from governed, reproducible shots.

Lineage — seeing the record

Every artifact already writes a sealed provenance record, and that record is real today — it is what the ledger holds and what you can verify. What is not shipped is the view: a graph of how a piece came to be, what it descended from, and which decisions shaped it.

Mirrorborn — a separate NeuroCognica product

Not part of ChronoSophia. A reflection engine that reads your own answers as evidence and builds an explainable five-station profile, with your history kept so you can see how it changes over time.

How to judge any of this

The project keeps one rule that makes a roadmap checkable: a capability is not finished until it works from the application's own interface. A passing test, a green build, a command line that does the thing — none of those count. That is why five surfaces with real code behind them are on this page rather than in the product.

When one of them ships, it ships because you can click it.
