Prism moves past local verification to distributed consensus: a protocol for many parties to establish what has actually been witnessed, without any of them having to be trusted individually.
It carries the heaviest test suite of anything in this catalogue and is released into the public domain rather than licensed, because a verification protocol nobody may freely inspect and reimplement is not a verification protocol.
