What the app is
This is not a list of emergency guides. It is an interactive emergency agent. You describe the situation in plain language, Sentinel chooses the most urgent source-backed playbook, applies the policy gate, and answers with actions you can perform under stress.
Survival RAG
Public preparedness and first-aid sources are mirrored to disk during setup and searched locally afterward. Medical and physical-safety answers cite source IDs rather than relying on model recall.
Public signals
While internet exists, the app can refresh public civilian feeds for conflict, cyber, grid, weather, earthquake, oil, and service-outage awareness into a local SQLite database.
Offline continuity
The deterministic playbook floor still answers when no local model is available. The coder lane is configured for local Ollama/Aider rather than cloud APIs.
Radio continuity
The radio lane prepares messages and plans. It does not silently transmit. It can list hardware candidates, write ham-license steps, compose short SOS/welfare templates, and detect Windows COM-port candidates for future tested USB radio work.

Hardware candidates
Candidate does not mean endorsed, certified for your use, or field-proven. Verify the radio service, frequency variant, firmware region, antenna, driver, licence, and local law before relying on anything.
Legal use
Hosting this page is legal as an informational product page when the claims stay within the product boundary: local emergency preparation, source-backed guidance, public-signal aggregation, and lawful radio planning. It must not claim to be 911, a public-safety service, an emergency alert system, guaranteed rescue, licensed radio authority, or government-backed intelligence.
The website should not collect live emergency location, medical, or distress information. Those records belong on the user's machine unless a separate, explicit privacy and security design exists.

Internal build status: the current Windows packaging lane is unsigned and internal. A public download should wait for an exact installer lifecycle proof, a current hash, and the same limitation language shown here.
EOAI-MGS is assistive software. It does not replace emergency services, professional medical care, official alerts, licensed radio operation, or a registered distress beacon.
